Biography

Dr Jessica Goebel is a senior lecturer in Economics. She holds a Masters degree in Economics and a PhD in Higher Education. Her teaching focus is on microeconomics but she has recently become involved in teaching Integrated Business Studies.  

Dr Goebel’s postgraduate supervision centres on economic analysis of natural resource- and development-related issues in a Southern African context. Her current research is focused on teaching, learning and curriculum in Economics higher education.
